I wanted to share my experience for the reason I would give it 10 stars if I could. I came casually strolling into carnabys looking to have a custom necklace made. From the first 10 minutes we had already come to a design I loved, and they knew what I would have liked without having to say anything. Throughout the process they were extremely patient with my indecisiveness and continued to modify the necklace based on what I had wanted. They have the patience that many people do not. They had texted me with updates as well which I very much appreciated. When I picked up the necklace It was everything i dreamed of +++ more. They did all of this while staying within my budget. No where else I would’ve gone.
